Due to COVID all sales are final at this time. With the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or the wrong item was shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped. You have 14 DAYS from your delivery date to claim a defective or damaged item. KATIE BELLE CO. has the right to refuse the refund or replace item. 

Stickers can not be returned. If there is an issue or problem with your sticker order, please contact us. Remember all stickers are weatherproof, but please don't put through the dishwasher or soak. 

Imperfect items and items purchased at 25% off or more are final sales.
